These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors will be accurate.

Pricing: All prices are listed in both INR and USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Minimum Order Weight: Cart checkout is enabled only when the total weight reaches a minimum of 5kg. This policy helps us optimize shipping and maintain product freshness.

Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.

Individual Plan: Standard account for single users with cart limit up to 5kg per order.

Duo Plan: Shared account for two users where: - Both users share the same cart - Products are tracked by username - Combined cart weight limit is 10kg - Individual user cart limit is 5kg

Monthly Subscription: Subscription users must confirm their cart by the 15th of each month. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Shipping Regions: We currently ship to India and the United States.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, and other factors.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Varammu are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

Perishable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns for quality or taste preferences.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, personalized food preparations, and gift boxes are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Payment Security: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections via Stripe. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

Subscription Billing: For subscription plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. After multiple failed attempts, your order or subscription may be cancelled.

Ownership: All content on the Varammu website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Varammu or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer: Our products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Food Allergies: While we list ingredients, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. If you have food allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varammu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
